                                                Comments on Draft Scoping Document

Dear Members of the Town Board,

I (We) reside at ___________________________________________ in the Town of Brunswick. This letter concerns the Draft Scoping Document which has been filed for the above referenced project.

I (We) incorporate by reference and adopt the comments to the Draft Scoping Document which are set forth in the letter submitted on behalf of Brunswick Smart Growth, dated April 7, 2005. I (We) request that the Town Board require that the draft and final Environmental Impact Statements for the project fully address the issues raised in the Brunswick Smart Growth comment letter.
